I met Simon at his first Photoshoot with me in his garage gym, after some friendly words of advice from myself Simon eventually went into the Online Coaching world! He has since taken many different opportunities and grown in confidence, self awareness and gained the ability to lean on people around him which is what we discuss in this episode.
