This week I spoke to Michelle Heaton (formerly Liberty X). Michelle has two kids AJ (7) and Faith (9). We have a really honest conversation and she tells me how she uses "threats" to keep them under control. HA! 

She also tells us about "Yes Days"! 

And we learn that her most embarrassing moment resulted in the emergency services being called!!!
