Garrett Gilkeson is the owner of Optimal Athletic Performance (OAP) out of Parkersburg, WV. Garrett is a former NCAA DI basketball player at VMI and shares his experience playing in a basketball program at a military college. He explains providing specialized training for each student athlete to become a better overall basketball player. Garrett shares his recruiting experience and participating in AAU basketball to gain exposure through tournament play.
