Courtney Burns is the Head Womans Basketball Coach at Mitchell College in New London, CT. Coach Burns finished her sixth season at Mitchell College with a 18-10 record winning the New England Collegiate Conference Championship and playing in the DIII national tournament. Coach Burns discusses using many techniques for high school players to recruit themselves and her philosophy in using all avenues to recruit the best talent. She continues to serve her community through Burns Elite and coaching AAU during the offseason to empower young women.
