The role of a spouse in the family business can mean so many other roles also. Consultant, behind-the-scenes helper, coach, fill in the gaps, emergency help, etc... ultimately the often silent business partner is filling so many different roles it would be difficult to hire for the position if one needed to look outside the family.

Stacie Forsberg has learned to grow personally so she has the capacity for more as the business grows and she has to step into different roles at different times.
