I found a pic of myself on Ash Wednesday 2019 and the outfit I wore, I wore the same thing for todays Ash Wednesday 2021 and the memories of two years just gushed over me. So fasting have you done it as a sacrifice or to cut back a few pounds I have done it so no judgement.
