Maryland District 30A Delegate Shaneka Henson discusses recent HBCU laws impacting students attending HBCU schools in Maryland. The Legal Education Success Collaborative law passed in 2021 is discussed in detail. Maryland HBCU attendees should be talking to their college advisors about this mentorship program and how it can result in a fully funded scholarship to law school in Maryland.  Listeners will also learn is Morgan State University's plans to build a medical school a work in progress.
