This episode is a bit of me rambling about what's the difference between a coach, a consultant vs a mentor.

I am crazy passionate about helping propel people forward, in whatever they got going on.  But in particular, I love helping build businesses.  I love being that (velvet hammer) person that holds space for the entrepreneur, business owner, leader, change-maker so they can get where they want to be.

Disclaimer, I am a Coach who in her past life (and somewhat current life) is a mentor and a consultant.  I've separated my business into two distinct sides: one a mentoring side, where I lend my expertise so you don't have to make the mistakes I made, and the other, as a coach; where we co-create together with you (the mentee) a life, a business that's worth living.
