Within the Brown and Black female professional community, self rejecting seems to be a more reoccurring challenge that we deal with on a regular basis.
What this means is when we tell ourselves we are not good enough, or when we focus more than the average person does on past mistakes and failures, and we let that define us or any kind of misstep we have.
