Can you cry in front of your friends and loved ones?  

As we are in Men’s Mental Health Month, I wanted to bring back a key conversation on depression and mental health. 

“We feel as if by sharing how we feel, we will be adding a burden to our loved ones whilst they are ready to be there for us and help us through those moments”
