Be Essential is an online e-commerce store that sells eco-friendly and sustainable goods for your home, beauty, and pet needs. Co-founders Danielle Mango and Brittney Walter felt that the market was missing a "one stop shop" where you could purchase non-toxic and sustainable products that were also aesthetically pleasing and easy to find, so they created it. 

Best friends turned business partners, the women talk to us about what creating this platform and running it together has been like, all while still working their full time jobs. The products they feature are not only beautiful but truly good for you, and they source direct from diverse local and small business vendors including women, black, and LGBTQ+ owned brands.
