Apparently life is a journey not a destination. As a woman that journey takes us along many paths, through the adolescent body image struggles, asserting ourselves as strong and independent to the challenges of motherhood. On top of all of that finding ourselves within a modern world just makes it all the more difficult. So how do we do it?
