With a focus on hospitality and creating a destination experience, Shy Bear features a full service kitchen, live music and events, and – of course – a long list of diverse and tasty brews. The brewery launched on St. Patty’s Day in 2018 and quickly became a favorite spot in the community. Our conversation ranged from Jason’s experience in hospitality, his family’s coffee business, staying afloat during COVID, and much more.
