We return to 2nd Story Brewing in Old City Philadelphia to site down with brewer John Wible and Assistant Brewer RoryMcClure. Last time we were at 2nd Story we confidently declared that John was bringing lager back. With that accomplishment firmly in the bag, this time around featured a lineup of brews that focused largely on the masterful manipulation of hops.
