Christopher Giancarlo, ex chairman of the  (CFTC) told CoinDesk in an interview that the Trump administration acted to deflate the 2017 bubble with by way of the CME cash settled futures that launched in December of 2017. China also appears to be very bullish on so-called 'blockchain technology, perhaps changing their stance.
