On Part Two of our interview with Stu Bewley of Alder Springs vineyard, we learn how Stu was inspired to carve Alder Springs vineyard out of northern Mendocino wilderness after passing on a vineyard known as To Kalon (yes, THAT To Kalon). He shares what it is like to farm grapes in the wilds of Mendocino bear country with zero infrastructure and with environmental conservation in mind.
