30. Loving What Is
Have you noticed that when you want to change something about yourself, your health, or your business, that it’s usually something you hate or are frustrated about? We want to change and ‘fix’ things about ourselves from a place of frustration by using negative self-talk. Spoiler alert: that doesn’t work. We have to love ourselves exactly how we are right now, and create goals and take action from that love. Kristen’s going deeper into “loving what is” and how this shift is the key to hitting all of your life and business goals:   What does it mean to ‘love what is’ How you can love yourself now by loving ‘what is’ and still have a desire to change The difference between acceptance and complacency How setting a goal from a place of judgement and not loving your present reality will push you into hustle The 3 questions to ask yourself to get into a state of loving Why you must be willing to feel the spectrum of emotions to move towards your big goals How to have deep love for yourself, your present clients, your future clients, and your business   As you’ll learn from this episode, there are a lot of parallels between health goals and business goals. 29. The Business Detox
It’s the new year and with every new year comes the NEW YEAR ENERGY. We want to purge, start fresh, set new and amazing goals! This is going to be YOUR YEAR!  Here’s what Kristen wants to say: you need to calm down. Really.  She’s all about setting big goals, but when you set them from an emotionally high, ‘pants on fire’ place, they are not sustainable. And when you fail to reach those goals, the big negative emotions that you will inevitably have (shame, judgement, and more) are hard to shake and will impact your business negatively.  Here’s what she covers:   The difference between an emotionally led goal vs. a behavior led goal Why extreme goals are not sustainable What she defines as ‘sabotage goals’  Why we need to start small even when we have a desire for big change How it’s actually possible to achieve big goals from a low emotional state How to build a business from low emotions and bad days The top 5 things you must detox in your business right now   Starting out strong at the beginning of the year sounds amazing, but it’s not sustainable. 28. The Art of Celebration
Do you celebrate even when you miss your goal? If not, you’re missing out on an important piece of your success strategy. The art of celebration is more than simply celebrating when you achieve our big business goals. You can’t beat yourself up about missing a goal and expect to reach it the next time--no more than you can shame yourself into hitting your health and weight goals.  We all need a lesson in how to celebrate in our business. 25. Confusion vs. Curiosity
Your brain has a default mode that it uses to help keep you safe--none of us is immune to its sneaky strategy.
