As a sports coach we should always look at the hole board.<br />So what does that mean, well in episode 6 we explore that and the importance of it as a coach, the importance of taking on advise etc, then taking a step back taking a wide angle view and making the decision or calling the play as coach. It's about understanding that the decision you make in the moment is going to impact decision and moves that come along down the track. Again it is about looking at the hole board when making your decisions as coach.
