Trade School vs. College Degree? Going to college after high school seems like an auto-response for most. However, there’s something to be said for learning a trade, and potentially cutting the cost and time of a 4yr degree, doing a 2yr program for an Associates’s or trade certification/licensing.
National Center for Educational Statistics shows a bachelor’s degree accounted for an average of $16.9K in additional income a year compared to a HS diploma; and those attending a 4yr college most likely to finish in 5yrs.
