How we frame things can change the outcomes.

Jiten didn't speak English when he first went to school in the UK.  None.   He felt isolated, confused, and alone. .

When new students, who also didn't speak much English, were assigned seats next to Jiten, offered a perspective to truly feel the stigma of exclusion.

Isabel, our host, dives a little deeper with Jiten to reflect on these childhood experiences and how that shaped Jiten's future.

Jiten utilized Project Management skills to create new paths in diversity and inclusion.
