-This week we have some good old fashioned salon stories! complete with a client questioning why haircuts “cost so much” and another who’s surprised she needs to be on time for her appointments.

We also reflect on the past year, since this week is the anniversary of our "last week as normal" before the world shut down and we all quarantined. Where were we? what were we thinking? what were we doing? and how do we feel about it all now looking back?
