Growing up in New York's Chinatown with her single mother and four sisters, Mimi Lau always wanted to start a dessert shop. After bouncing around in jobs in the food industry she decided to open a Mochii shop in Manhattan. It has been 5 hard years with the pandemic, but now she is growing and expanding.
