Jennings has been a real estate investor since 2013 and brings over fifteen years of residential and commercial construction experience to the team. He built his company, Reality Construction, at just nineteen years old while attending Clemson University. After fifteen years and over one hundred million dollars of custom home development, he sold his company to Alair Homes and purchased the SC/NC master territory franchise until selling in 2019. His years of project management experience has helped him build a substantial multifamily real estate portfolio through stabilizing value-add acquisitions. Jennings still holds his SC residential builder’s license, keeping his finger on the pulse of construction and project management.
