Andrew Adam started by house hacking a duplex in 2012. He and his wife worked multiple jobs and paid off their student loans. They kept snowballing the payments into a 4-plex. At 6 rental units, Andrew jumped into property management at a company of about 1000 units managing 260 as a career. Now he owns/manages 23 units and is an agent helping investors buy rental properties.
