Working on selling and marketing yourself alone can be tedious. Bernhard Kerres talks about a new system he recently came across - Working Out Loud. Based on the book by John Stepper, it is the idea of four to five people working on together on their individual goals over twelve weeks. It is an idea which might be useful to many freelance musicians planning the summer 2020 and the season 2020/21.
