I began this podcast in a way to help cope with my anxiety and depression! I really like to journal and write, so I decided instead of venting what I go through in my journal, why not vent it out to others who share the same struggle as me! I really wanted to give other females (and males) a platform to listen to, in order to let them know that they are not alone! If we all stand together and help each other heal, we can do anything! This podcast will also feature relationship talk, how to leave toxicity, and I will do live feeds for my listeners to ask questions or leave topics to discuss 💕
