Wyatt and Jake interview Nebraska basketball player Sam Hoiberg. Sam talks about what it was like growing up with a dad that has coached in the NBA and D1 basketball. Sam shares how being competitive with his twin brother made both of them better athlete's. Sam played his first two years of High school basketball in Chicago and when he moved to Nebraska he and his brother played for Lincoln Pius X. Sam shares how he learned from his high school coaches to play tough defense and do the little things. That helped Sam when he went to the University of Nebraska to play for his dad, Fred Hoiberg. Sam wanted to prove that he wasn't just on the team because his dad was the coach. Sam spent time in the gym before and after the game getting up shots. Last year Sam was in the staring rotation and he proved to everyone that he was huge part in helping the huskers get some big wins last season. Sam's determination and toughness will play a big part in helping Nebraska basketball this upcoming season!
