On this Episode of Be Unexpected Wyatt and Jake interview ESPN Reporter Jen Lada.
Growing up in Northern Illinois Jen whole family was into playing and watching sports. Jen talks about how all the little things she did as a kid like reading in church and how in grade school she won a young authors competition  . Helped get her on the path to becoming a sports reporters. Jen went to Marquette University. Not knowing what she wanted to major in yet she was asked if she ever thought about Sports Broadcasting and Jen never looked back. Jen talk about the journey she took on her way to ESPN. From covering High School Sports, to going back to Illinois to report for some of her favorite  teams. ( Chicago Bears , and Cubs). Jen talks about what its like to be on College Gameday. She also shares what she has learned from the athletes she has interviewed about overcoming adversity.( Jen interviewed Wyatt in 2018) Jen talks about how now she has the hardest but most rewarding and important job. Witch is being a mom to her three kids.
