Excited for you all to get to know Matt Nelson.  Currently, he's a Global Digital Commerce Program Manager at Nike. Matt explains his philosophies of how he took his determination as a Division 1 athlete to getting a one way ticket to Portland, 115 informational interviews and landing a dream job at Nike.  He has some wonderful perspectives and interesting goal-setting rituals to share.
