An advocate for women in Kansas City, Lauren Conaway serves as founder and CEO of InnovateHER KC, a highly engaged and diverse community of 4200+ women leaders working in the verticals of entrepreneurship, community advocacy, civic engagement, education, nonprofit and corporate management and the arts.

At its core, InnovateHER Inc. operates with the foundational ethics of inclusion and low-barrier-to-entry, working to democratize access for women in KC and ensure that support and resources are readily available for women and nonbinary femme leaders to find opportunities, connect with a supportive network - and above all, thrive.

Through InnovateHER KC and as a co-host of the Startup Hustle Podcast, Lauren makes it her mission to amplify, elevate and celebrate incredible women doing incredible things, facilitating space for leadership development, a supportive network, resource sharing and mentorship for members.
