This podcast is created by two friends, Garde and Jenny. A friendship of years that has been cultivated through a
good communication, a predisposition to forgiveness and the understanding of not being perfect. Through the years this
friendship has given us the space to be, and to grow without prejudice, with love and understanding. We wish to recreate that same space for our community, for all those people who somehow want to grow,
educate themselves by listening to different opinions.
The topics to be discussed in our space will be chosen by our audience and for the issues that are affecting society at that time.
Our purpose is to touch cultural issues that affect us. Topics such as domestic violence or the power to seek help or the need to live in the present. We want to touch on issues that affect our mental health, in the same way we want to discuss those topics that we don't normally discuss with our family at dinner time.

The podcast format will be a conversation between friends. Each of us will share our
experiences, opinions and what we have learned about the topic. There will also be invited experts in certain topics to help us better understand some topics

Este podcast es creado por dos amigas, Garde y Jenny. Una amistad de años que ha sido cultivada atreves de una
buena comunicación, una predisposion al perdón y el entendimiento de no ser perfectas. A través de los años esta
amistad nos a dado el espacio para ser, encontrarnos y crecer sin prejuicios, con amor y entendimiento. Deseamos
recrear ese mismo espacio para nuestra comunidad, para todas esa personas que de alguna manera desean crecer,
educarse y escuchar diferentes opiniones.
El propósito de este podcast es educar a nuestra comunidad. Los temas a discutir en nuestro espacio serán elegidos por
nuestra audiencia y por lo temas que estén afectado a la sociedad en ese momento.
Nuestro propósito es tocar temas culturales que nos afectan. Temas como la violencia domestica o el poder de buscar
ayuda o la necesidad de vivir en el presente. Deseamos tocar temas que afectan nuestra salud mental, de igual manera
queremos discutir esos temas que normalmente no hablamos con nuestra familia a la hora de la cena.
El formato del podcast será una conversación entre amigas. Cada una de nosotras compartiremos nuestras
experiencias, opiniones y lo que hemos aprendido del tema en discusión. Habrá también invitados expertos en ciertos
temas para que nos ayuden entender mejor algunos temas.
