This episode discusses the Dental foundation and General professional training years and what each role entails. We also talk about the application process, the transition between dental school and DFT/GPT,  as well as the challenges faced during these years. To help us with that, we have invited our very special guests: Paul Blaylock and Shir Lynn Tan. Paul is an associate clinical lecturer at Newcastle Dental School, and is also the current training programme director for the the North-East of England  GPT scheme (and lots more). Shir Lynn is second year GPT at the North-East of England GPT scheme. Enjoy!!
