BCG's Women Mentorship Program is a platform for female students and young graduates to work with a BCG mentor combining skill-based workshops with facilitators, individual 1-on-1 coaching sessions, and fun group activities. The 6 month program launched last year and received overwhelmingly positive feedback. The program returns this year bigger and better and we are now accepting applications.
