In this episode We're going to  revisit a conversation Grecia and I had last season about BOUNDARIES! Now - this something many of us struggle with and really didn't learn especially being an immigrant diaspora kid, Latinx, and growing up in very communal environments where personal space is (stress ) kind of a luxury. Learning boundaries are necessary to respect your self, those around you, and have healthy relationships. So we're talking more about it today with Grecia .
