Passion is such a strong word for me.
This word is very different than a hobby
For me a hobby is an activity that you do for fun. You don’t do it as your profession. You may also not be a professional at it m. You do it cause it’s fun for you and it brings you joy. It’s also one of the ways that you spend your free time.
To have a passion for sth: Means to have deep love for it. This specific activity brings you so much happiness - that you can’t imagine your life without it. You may do it as your job ( if you are blessed enough) or you free your time to do it.
