Say what you will about Gen z, they now comprise the entire traditional- age undergraduate college demographic. This means that employers will do everything they can to better understand this age group. Companies want and need to get inside the minds of Gen Z current and future employees and Gen Z consumers. What better place to start than with their educators? In this episode I spoke with Jeff Wilks and Brian Voigt, both of BYU, about everything from Zoom fatigue to virtual interview skills and what this generation is looking for from their future employers.
