Amy and I talked about how to deal with distractions while working from home, like the stress we’re all feeling as we watch the news and (in my case) a 6 month old baby.
We also talked about some of the lessons leaders can take away from managing a remote workforce, along with the tools that can help us be productive and engaged when we need to be. We began our discussion by reexamining what we mean in the first place when we say work-life balance.
