BLACK MENTAL HEALTH

From a young age, I faced the challenges of single fatherhood, having fought hard for custody and ultimately winning. This journey forced me to adapt quickly to a new reality, and as a result, I had to put my dreams of playing basketball on hold. But in that time, I discovered another passion: fashion. I started my own brand, channeling my creativity into something meaningful.
 
This podcast is a space where I aim to connect with others through real-life lessons and shared experiences. I want to address important topics like mental health and breaking the cycles of generational struggles. My hope is to offer support and encouragement to those navigating their own hurdles. Together, we can find ways to overcome and grow.
