In this episode of BachTalk, I get to touch base  with a friend I made last summer in Greeneville, TN  with the Cincinnati Reds, Strength and Conditioning Coach Blaine Taylor.

Blaine is a California native who gave up his dream of being a pro baseball for attaining a Masters in Exercise Science. He gets to combine his interest in fitness with is love for baseball to help develop the next generation of Baseball pros. We get a little technical and Blaine reveals his not so secret obsession with gymnastics. I hope you all enjoy meeting this interesting and intelligent guy.
