Before you call me crazy, I am officially canceling the word “lazy”! I’m stripping it from the dictionary and my vocabulary because the negative connotations that are associated with the word “lazy” are TOXIC!!! Being lazy isn’t bad! Sitting down, taking a moment to yourself, resting your body, mind and soul is NOT bad! What’s bad is not listening to your body and pushing yourself beyond your limits!! That’s crazy!!
