The name, Mammoth TUFF, is a nod to the Long Valley Caldera and the volcanic stone that defines ‘gravel’ in the area. The caldera was formed about 760,000 years ago in a volcanic eruption from which the magma still underlies it, heating underground water and fueling hot springs the event will ride by. The short course circles the famous caldera. The medium and long courses travel through the Volcanic Tableland formed by the Long Valley Caldera. On this episode we'll find out about the organizers, how this came to be, and what to expect if you were at the event. ►Featured Linkshttps://bit.ly/3OjLdyj ::: Mammoth TUFF Websitehttps://bit.ly/3QrxgRB ::: Mammoth TUFF Instagram ►B1KER Bar Podcasthttps://apple.co/2PM5kFR ::: iTuneshttp://bit.ly/2Am6D9p ::: Google Play http://bit.ly/2CY8jbz ::: SoundCloud►Support B1KERhttp://patreon.b1ker.com ::: Patreonhttp://donate.b1ker.com ::: Donate http://shop.b1ker.com ::: B1KER Shop ►B1KER Social Mediahttps://www.instagram.com/b1kerb1/https://www.facebook.com/b1kerb1/https://www.twitter.com/b1kerb1/►Contact B1KER http://contact.b1ker.com
