Lucie Hartley has spent over 30 years working in social care in a variety of roles in the public and third sector. Until May 2019, Lucie was Chief Executive of a Devon-based charity, EDP Drug & Alcohol Services, which grew during her tenure from a very small charity to one of the largest charities in the Southwest, (increase in turnover from less than £1 million to over £9 million). Lucie undertook an MBA at the University of Exeter, achieving a Distinction and a Dean’s commendation for outstanding achievement. She currently works as a freelance consultant and coach, with a particular interest in organisational culture and management/leadership development.
