It's no secret that independent insurance agents have been frustrated with the lack of innovation inside their agency management systems. Even in 2021, many AMS' still struggle with data standardization, won't or can't connect to other solutions (or make it unaffordable) and don't provide the functionality necessary to be competitive in an Amazon world, among other things.
