He shares his journey from adapting to school life here to landing a job as an Engagement Manager at LBS. We talk about what his role entails, the current project they're working on and his additional voluntary role as a Board Member of Staff Committee. Rosdip also talks about how he balances his Masters at UCL whilst working, the problem with glamorising long working hours and gives some great advice on networking!
