東京奧運一共有33個體育項目 (discipline)，你最喜歡哪一個呢？這週我要帶大家來聽東奧特輯！我會介紹許多特殊的體育項目的英文怎麼說。打頭陣的是「柔道 (judo)」，現年23歲的台灣柔道好手楊勇緯拿下台灣東奧第一面銀牌(silver medal)，初試啼聲就得到這項佳績，除了讓國人倍感殊榮，也讓大家開始關注柔道這項運動 。

judo 柔道是源自於日本的運動，於1964東京奧運加入比賽項目之一，是一個外來字(loanword)，同樣從日語傳入英語的外來字還有：manga 漫畫, tsunami 海嘯, tycoon 大亨, ramen拉麵, sashimi生魚片, karate 跆拳道, karaoke 卡拉OK, sumo 相撲！
