今天，美國民主黨參議院領袖舒默 (Chuck Schumer) 提出草案，希望可以以聯邦級別來使大麻(marijuana)合法化。 若通過，這將把大麻從列管毒品名單中移除。目前娛樂用大麻已在18個州開放使用，並且醫用大麻已在36個州開放。
