ECE 695s Lecture 5: Photonic Crystals - Introduction

&lt;p&gt;Welcome to the &lt;strong&gt;ECE 695S&lt;/strong&gt; lectures&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The course will cover nanoscale processes and devices and their applications for 
manipulating light on the nanoscale.  The following topics will be covered:&lt;/p&gt;
