In January 2011, nineteen Deakin University business students & two company CEOs shared an adventure aboard the tall ship 'One & All'. Setting sail from Hobart, Tasmania to Williamstown in Victoria, their skills and ideas about leadership were tested over an eight day voyage. What follows is a small fraction of what they experienced.
