Substantial changes are being proposed for the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee. The recommendations call for greater involvement of athletes in the governance of the USOPC and revisions to the Ted Stevens Act, the federal law that applies to the USOPC. Lisa Borders, chair of the commission that proposed the changes, talks with ATR Editor Ed Hula about the work of the panel.
