Denise Rogers is a Social Worker in New York City who works with youth in the foster care system. She talks with us about how the foster care system in New York City works and the adjustments she, other staff, and the young people in the foster care system had to make during the pandemic. We also learn more about the kind of support and guidance she and her colleagues offer the youth with whom they work. Ms. Rogers also gives us a peak into what life has been like in New York City since the pandemic began.
